A number of tangible development projects by the government and private firms are making the Northern Bangkok and Pathum Thani province the next upcoming area for the real estate market. The development projects by the government include Mass Rail Transit and Bus Rapid Transit systems; Motor Way to the Northeast; and the expansion of Don Mueng International Airport. The private sector has already moved forward with residential projects including condominium; detached houses; and townhouses which received a great response from the market. The private sector also has a future plans for a retail development such as Central M Mega Rang Sit and Future City.
